This post will be supervised and managed by Consultant Clinical Psychologists at RMCH. We are committed to continuing professional development and further training is supported and encouraged in association with the appraisal process. The Royal Manchester Children's Hospital is a regional Paediatric hospital and is in fact the largest children's hospital in Europe. Paediatric Psychosocial services are well regarded in the hospital and close relationships exist with our colleagues in paediatric (and indeed adult) medical specialties. We are keen to promote innovative practice, as well as traditional individual psychological assessment and intervention. This is a Band 7 to 8a development opportunity We will be accepting applications from Band 7 applicants with a view to develop into a Band 8a role.
