The Practice The practice has a contemporary ambience comprising state-of-the-art dental surgeries equipped with all the latest equipment and is located on a busy high street with close public transport links. The practice offers a full array of dental services ranging from simple to complex cosmetic & restorative dentistry, periodontics, maxillo-facial services, orthodontics, sedation, implants, facial rejuvenation, digital dentistry and more. The Role: As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of dental services at your primary Practice. You will act as a bridge between the dentists, the practice manager, and the operations team, and provide feedback and support to all parties. In addition to your leadership duties, you will work clinical days, providing hands-on patient care and maintaining your clinical skills. You will also participate in regular meetings, audits, and hiring processes, and keep up to date with the latest developments in dentistry.
