The purpose of the Oral Health Improvement Team is to deliver evidence based, oral health interventions to reduce the inequalities in oral health, working across organisational boundaries within Birmingham ICS. If you have experience of delivering oral health improvement programmes and enjoy working with communities to improve oral health outcomes, then joining this new team might be the job for you. You will be expected to work within a team to contribute to the planning of oral health improvement interventions, the delivery of workforce development training, supervised toothbrushing programmes, Mouth Care Matters programmes, management of targeted toothbrushing resources and other evidence based interventions and evaluation across Birmingham.
