You will have the unique opportunity to support and gain experience within the Specialist Services. The post holder will provide a pivotal administrative service to consultants and their clinical teams. They will work flexibly with the other team members within the Clinical Support Unit and provide a professional, efficient administrative service to patients. In addition they will be expected to be able to provide scheduling support when required, including the booking of outpatient activity and waiting list management. This post is 0.4 WTE to cover Monday to Friday either over two or three days and the working hours are 8.30am-4.30pm. We are looking for an independent, enthusiastic and well organised person to join our busy team. The ideal candidate will have good interpersonal and organising skills, attention to detail, IT skills and ability to communicate across all levels. The successful candidate will be providing support to the clinical teams and ensuring continuation of service at all times.
