In order to help achieve this ambition we are looking for a Children’s Practice Development Nurse to join the CLCH Academy to promote and facilitate practice development across our Children’s Community Nursing and Special School Nursing teams, in our North West London and North Central London Division. As a PDN you will join the CLCH Academy Team where you will be supported with your development at post graduate level in a robust career pathway. The Post Holder Will Be Responsible For Promoting high standards of care through the demonstration of clinical expertise Facilitating the creation of a positive learning environment in the workplace where staff development is encouraged and supported Facilitating the induction, education and continuing professional development for all levels of registered and non-registered nursing staff within the Children's Community and Special School Nursing Teams Working alongside staff in individual teams undertaking a key role in practice development Translating Academy priorities such as changes in nursing standards, new clinical roles such as Apprenticeships into their designated service Just as we care about our patients’ wellbeing, we care about yours!
