The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neurodiversity, including expertise anxiety, ADHD, and Gender Dysphoria and other conditions related to ASD including Food/ Eating disorders. You will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapeutic support to our students, while working closely with educators, therapists, and families to create tailored interventions. Key Responsibilities Respond to comprehensive psychological assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to students dealing with neurodiversity-related challenges. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive support for each student. Offer training and support to staff on best practices for working with neurodiverse students. Engage with families to provide guidance and resources for home support. Stay informed about the latest research and methodologies in clinical psychology and neurodiversity. Qualifications Masters Clinical Psychology (or equivalent). HCPC registration as a Clinical Psychologist. Experience working with children and young people, particularly those with neurodiversity, eating disorders, anxiety, ADHD, and gender dysphoria. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A collaborative approach to working within a multidisciplinary team. Aspris is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
