What We’re Looking For Extensive Experience in General Practice: A strong background in the operations and dynamics of general practice is essential. Deep Understanding of General Practice: Awareness of how general practice operates and how external factors can impact the service. Administrative Expertise: Proven ability to handle senior administrative responsibilities, including workforce-related tasks. Leadership Skills: Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role, with a focus on guiding and motivating a team.
