We have an excellent opportunity for a pharmacy support worker to join our pharmacy dispensary team. Duties will include dispensing prescriptions for inpatients, outpatients and discharge, stock control, management for emergency boxes and administration duties. The post holder will be based at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh Pharmacy Dispensary and will provide cover at Lauriston, Chalmers and Princess Alexandra Eye Pavilion dispensaries when required. The successful candidate will be educated to Pharmacy Services Group award at SCQF Level 6 and have relevant work experience in a healthcare or pharmacy environment, with knowledge of workplace standards in relation to pharmacy business. The successful candidate will have an enthusiasm for learning and development, a professional attitude, and a passion for working in healthcare with the potential to contribute to the delivery of our high-quality pharmaceutical care.
