The candidate must be enthusiastic, motivated and able to work as part of a team or individually to meet strict deadlines. The main roles will be to schedule appointments for X-Ray, Ultrasound, MRI, Fluoroscopy and C.T. using the Trust’s I.T system. The applicants must have an excellent communication skills, telephone manner, and ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines with accurate I.T skills. The post holder will be required to work with patients verbally over the telephone ensuring accurate information is communicated in a clear empathetic manner. The candidate must be able to manage their workloads and be flexible to work in any area as the service demands across the four sites. Working Hours are between Mondays – Sunday 07:15 – 19:15 inclusive of Bank Holidays The Radiology Clerical officer is to perform clerical duties including Reception, scheduling appointments both electronically and via telephone, liaising with patients and other Trust staff in the clerical offices across 4 sites.
