A minimum of 24 months on your right to work in the UK Days and night positions available Shift patterns - 8am -2pm, 2pm - 8pm & 8am - 8pm A day in the life of a Care Assistant Companionship - Providing support, companionship, communication and engagement Personal care -supporting with a wash bath or shower and supporting the client with dressing and oral care. Medication -Prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams. Meals – Supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages. Domestic tasks - light cleaning tasks. Mobility - Supporting the client to live as independently as possible with their mobility. Social activities - Trips out, social engagements and activities within the home.
