Applicants must demonstrate secretarial experience and be proficient in the use of Microsoft applications. Experience in using an electronic patient system would be beneficial but not essential. Main duties of the job Within this role the applicant will provide a full and comprehensive PA role to multiple consultants, clinical staff and members of the multi-disciplinary team within the Specialist Services Network. This role will also be responsible for the effective coordination of the referral system. We require a highly motivated, dynamic individual with excellent communication and organisational skills, who has an interest and positive attitude to working with adolescents. Experience of working within an adolescent community mental health team would be desirable. You will have an organised and flexible approach, with the ability to prioritise your workload and relate to all types of people. Your excellent IT and interpersonal skills will also ensure that you'll have no trouble fitting into this busy, interesting role.
