We have the following vacancies - Ward 24 3.27 wte Ward 26 3.38 wte Ward 27 3.25 wte Ward 28 1.19 wte Main duties of the job To work on a flexible basis to support ward/department teams throughout the Trust delivering care. Monitoring patients and performing basic health check Serving meals and helping to feed patients Provide support to patients to maintain their hygiene needs. This may include actions such as: Bathing/washing Care of mouth, hair, nails and eyes Provide support to maintain their elimination needs.
