We have an 18.5 hour per week, Band 7, pro rata, Health Visiting post which will be based between Haddo Medical Practice, Pitmedden and Ellon Medical Practice. As there is a service redesign in progress within Formartine, there is an expectation that the post holder may work within both bases. This post covers a rural area and several small villages and the main town of Ellon. Are you experienced and able to work alone and as part of a wider team? Do you have exceptional communication skills and experience of working with vulnerable families, organising Child’s Planning Meetings and taking a Lead Professional role? Do you have current knowledge and experience of child protection policy and GIRFEC? Do you enjoy the challenge of multi-disciplinary working? Are you always person-centred?
