We are looking for enthusiastic Spa Therapists with a passion for performing immersive experiences on a range of different contracts from 24 - 40 hours. Good to know Interview Application deadline 17/11 with group interviews being held on 21/11. Start date & Probation We are hiring for a start date of 16th December. You will take on a 3 week shop floor probation to assess customer service skills. Successful shop floor probations will lead to treatment training in our Lush Spa Training Centre in Poole for 2-3 weeks. 3 month probation will assess you across shop floor sales, customer service skills, treatment training, and carrying out Lush Spa treatments to 5-star standard. Training Through in-depth training on our products and ingredients, you'll become a Lush Ambassador, embodying our ethics and values showcasing them to our customers in our spa and on our shop floor. Lush Spa Training can take place in various locations (including London) and you may be asked to travel to our Lush Spa Training Centre in Poole or other UK locations if needed. A 4 week day availability during training is needed so we can provide the highest level of development to all our new therapists and set them up for success. Responsibilities Performing Lush Spa Treatments following set routines and standards Representing the Lush Spa on the shop floor and across the business Looking after clients experiences, making sure their journey runs smoothly Supporting the day to day running of the spa Supporting spa sales through shop floor consultations Booking and upselling treatments using our booking system Maintaining high standards in the spa (cleanliness, presentation, hygiene…) Being responsible for your own wellbeing using the available tools that are provided Keeping product & treatment knowledge up to date Supporting stock control management Skills & Experience An NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent in Holistic Therapy, which includes full-body massage.
