You will need to be adaptable in your approach to work, enthusiastic and a self-motivated individual with up to date endoscopy skills who is able to integrate quickly and work as part of the team. You will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills. To join the Cheshire and Merseyside Collaborative NHS bank you must currently have a substantive role working within the Endoscopy field.
