What Makes This Role Special? Holistic and Impactful Work: Engage in individual, family, and group therapy sessions, neuropsychological assessments, and multi-disciplinary team (MDT) collaborations. Leadership and Service Development: Coordinate patient care, lead MDT meetings, and support the development of our neuropsychology services, while honing your leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Comprehensive Assessments and Interventions: Conduct specialist psychological and neuropsychological assessments and offer evidence-based interventions tailored to patients’ needs. Collaborative Care: Work closely with MDT members to provide holistic care and contribute to service planning and delivery, focusing on the rehabilitation of people with stroke and cardiac conditions. Teaching and Supervision: Provide training and supervision to other professionals, enhancing the skill set of our teams and supporting a learning culture. Who We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a compassionate, innovative, and adaptable Clinical Psychologist with a passion for neuropsychology and community care. Essential Qualifications: Doctoral level training in Clinical Psychology (or equivalent) recognized by the British Psychological Society. HCPC registration or eligibility for registration. Working in a multi-disciplinary team and providing supervision or training to other staff members. Conducting research or audits that influence clinical practice.
