The Medical Secretarial Service has a vacancy for a Relief Medical Secretary (37hrs) to support the Acute Service and our Specialties across Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, Woodend Hospital and Royal Aberdeen Children’s Hospital. This is a permanent post and covers all types of absences for our medical secretarial team and their clinicians. This is an exciting opportunity and would be ideal for an experienced secretary or administrator/secretary looking to expand on their administrative knowledge or move in to the medical administration sector. The post The post holder will work alongside our Medical Secretarial Teams to provide secretarial and administrative support to the team. This is a very busy but rewarding post that involves a variety of tasks. Days of work are Monday to Friday and hours can be worked between 8.00am and 6.00pm. There are opportunities for expansion and progression within the Medical Secretarial Service, including expanding your knowledge in various other medical, surgical, and clinical services, or over time developing into supervisory, training, or management roles.
