Or a Band 6 looking to progress in your career? We are seeking a skilful, motivated and dynamic Occupational Therapist with a passion to work with patients in the community! The IRS is a large multidisciplinary London based community team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Nurses and Rehab Assistants. We offer physical rehabilitation in the community as an alternative to hospital bed-based rehabilitation, supporting patients to recover in their home within their familiar environment. We work closely with the Inpatient Rehabilitation Services and acute partners to enable early facilitated discharges whilst supporting patients through an intensive rehabilitation programme in the community. As a band 7 member of the Intensive Rehabilitation Service, you will join with the Occupational and Physiotherapists tasks with maintaining a high level of clinical governance within IRS. You will do this by: Triaging incoming referrals into the service on a rostered basis Completing clinical supervisions and joint sessions with junior members of the team Attending MDT meetings Co-ordinating caseload for efficiency Completing audits to ensure service effectiveness "}
