An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and focused Admin Team Leader to join the Uro-Oncology Team. As Admin Team Leader you will be responsible for coordinating the Prostate Robotics service, including inpatient (theatres) and outpatient (clinics). This includes line managing a Band 4 Admin Coordinator who is responsible for supporting your role. You will be responsible for overseeing the service and being proactive in monitoring and resolving capacity issues. Reporting to the Service Manager you will be instrumental in supporting the department in achieving compliance of cancer waiting time targets. To be successful, the post-holder will need to have a proven track record of working with cancer waiting time targets and people management. You will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a drive and energy to improve the patient experience. The ideal candidate will have a patient centered approach and experience of working within a busy NHS team, and able to work autonomously as well as part of a team. "}
