Attention to detail and accuracy is essential as is the ability to effectively time manage an increasing workload. This post will cover 37.5 hours per week during Monday to Friday. You will work closely with departmental manager's and team leaders Lead, motivate, supervise and where appropriate train a team of supplies staff including carrying out 1-1's and supporting the team Ensure all audits for the department are undertaken and address any issues raised Ensure the implementation of compliance with all the relevant standards, policies and procedures within the department Ensure goods and services are purchased to meet business requirements in line with the organisational policies and procedures.
