Mill Lodge is a Norwich based 5 bedded learning disabilities nursing respite unit providing specialist, high quality, person centred care for adults (18+) with a learning disability, multiple physical disabilities & additional complex healthcare needs. The post holder must be a highly motivated, innovative & flexible Band 3 Clinical Support Worker wishing to work as part of the team to ensure the patient experience is delivered in a safe, efficient and evidence-based manner. The post holder must be able to demonstrate effective communication skills, both verbal & non-verbal, good problem-solving skills & a passion for working with people with multiple clinical needs. This is a shift based post on a 24 hour rotation. The post holder will provide support to the Band 5 Nurses and the whole team to ensure every aspect on the individual and families experience is delivered in a safe, efficient and evidence based manner. About us To fulfil the associate worker role in assisting the named nurse to co-ordinate patents package of care whilst admitted to the unit.
