The position is full-time (37.5 hours per week) and is a one year fixed-term contract that can be applied to as a secondment. The successful candidate will be an expert research nurse with proven leadership skills, flexibility and excellent organisational skills. You will be supported by Head of research Workforce, R&D leads and leaders within the directorate as well a network of Research Matrons and Managers. The post holder will lead and line manage 2 research teams, one in the Directorate of Infection and the other is the Vaccine and Trials Team within the Directorate of Research and Development.
