Senior Analyst (ADHD analysis) The team provides strategic direction on data and analytical insight across all elements of Primary Care (general practice, dentistry, community pharmacy and optometry) and Community Health Services. The work of the team is aligned to the programme of work agreed by the policy team priorities. Detailed, timely and high-quality analysis is used to inform decision making on policy development and provide robust oversight of Primary and Community Care. The Digital Citizen team's aim is to empower people to self-serve and self-care by providing access to information and services directly through digital means. In doing so, we aim to deliver improved experience of the NHS for people, improved health outcomes and efficiencies for the system. There are 2 roles being recruited to as part of this campaign - please indicate in your supporting statement if you only want to be considered for one of the roles specifically. Role 1: Senior Analyst (ADHD analysis) Deliver to the plan and input into decisions about how current datasets containing activity related to ADHD can be used to inform policy decisions Advise on the future data strategy for ADHD services Use Agile methodology to plan out work for the team in 2 week sprints, accounting for varying timescales and team resourcing/skills to ensure that deadlines are met and the team are implementing and developing their skills Senior Analyst (Digital Citizen Team) Development of an opportunity assessment framework which would seek to quantify the benefit and scale of one opportunity versus another. Development and ownership of the forecasting model to inform targets around App and Web activity. Development of assumptions around future opportunities and how that would change activity levels. Supporting the business planning process by defining targets as required and helping to benchmark what good looks like.Driving the strategic direction around the requirements for the National Digital Channels data. This would involve highlighting gaps and improvements that could be made to data and regular reviewing wider datasets that could be linked to improve insights.
