As an experienced social worker you can expect to have a capped caseload and be supported in relation to your ongoing development in the area of Mental Health You need to have a passion/interest in mental health and there will be opportunities in the future to train as an AMHP. Ideal to have some experience of BIA DOLS Court of protection work complex safeguarding social care act. You will need to be compliant with the Social Care Act, Safeguarding, Human Rights Act, Mental Capacity Act and associated Codes of Practice for this this role. You will need to have experience of working with the service user group and be able to use social work methods to promote positive change, independence and wellbeing in accordance with assessed need, whilst promoting choice and control for adults and carers.
