About us Ward 4 is an 20 bedded inpatient unit providing orthopaedic large joint services to adult patients. As a specialist Foundation Trust, we are in an enviable position to focus our attention on high quality care and innovation. Ward 4 is often at the forefront of these innovations and as Staff Nurse you will be involved in delivering pioneering and life-changing care. We also provide a Bone Infection Unit (BIU) service and provide nursing care for patients being treated under this service. As a nursing team, we have made vast improvements to develop our nursing processes to ensure that we provide the best in nursing care to our patients.
