Our team of Clinical Rotational Pharmacists participate in 12 month rotations working across all 5 divisions within the trust giving the post holder the opportunity to experience an unrivaled breadth of clinical pharmacy practice and professional development. To provide an advanced clinical pharmacy service to ward(s) within specialist area. To deliver designated performance objectives specific to the allocated rotation area(s).
