The successful candidate will deliver high quality care to a varied patient caseload. They will contribute to chronic disease management, health promotion and preventative care, working alongside our multidisciplinary team. They will participate in practice meetings and contribute to the delivery of QOF, enhanced services and IIF. They will handle associated administrative duties, such as reviewing and managing test results, prescriptions, referral letters and patient correspndance. Clinical duties Patient consultations- diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic conditions during face-to-face, telephone and online consultations. Provide medical advice, prescribe treatments and refer patients when necessary. Offer health promotion advice on lifestyle changes, vaccinations and screenings.
