{"interviewQueryText":"What are some good interview questions in British English for the job description below?\n\n-------------------------------------------\n\nConsultant Psychologist with Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in Uckfield\n\n The post-holder will contribute clinically to the service, within their specialist field or skill set. There will be a particular focus on providing consultation, supervision and clinical review of complex cases. The post-holder will also be expected to take responsibility for the strategic leadership of an aspect of service delivery for the rest of East Sussex as part of this senior role. This is a rare and excellent opportunity for a Consultant Practitioner Psychologist, or a clinician eligible to become one, to join and lead a flourishing psychology and psychological therapy service and provide professional and clinical leadership within East Sussex Mental Health Services. The role is to lead Psychological Professions in community mental health services across the High Weald, Lewes and Havens area, soon to become two Neighbourhood Community Mental Health Teams. It is a very exciting time in the development of East Sussex services when we are bringing most of our primary and secondary services together as part of community transformation. This should lead to a significantly better experience for service users and colleagues alike. The successful candidate will become part of a Sussex-wide group of consultant psychologists/psychological therapists leading adult and older adult psychology and psychological therapy services, providing peer support and guidance. Within East Sussex, they will have a group of peers who meet regularly for shared working and support. "}
