Additionally, you will attend Board of Trustee meetings and work alongside your colleagues in the EMT in achieving the hospices purpose to be a well led organisation delivering compassionate, specialist end of life care through an engaged and motivated workforce. The Director of Clinical Services will be responsible for enabling multidisciplinary teamwork, liaising with colleagues and teams across the hospice and for the continued development of high quality care. You will provide strong, visible and supportive leadership to your direct reports enabling them to effectively lead their teams and continually review and develop services to improve care for our patients and their families. Working as part of the EMT, the Director of Clinical Services will have an integral role in the strategic leadership of Cornwall Hospice Care.
