We have a good integrated team of Clinical Pharmacists, Technicians and Support Workers and there is a supportive Pharmacy Education and Training team. The post will be based at Lincoln County Hospital but the successful applicants may need to travel to other sites within the Trust. This includes offering opportunities to complete an accredited post-graduate clinical pharmacy diploma and pharmacist independent prescriber qualification. We support automatic progression from band 6 to band 7 upon completion of a post-graduate clinical diploma. You will also work with lead Pharmacists to review and develop policies and contribute to monthly directorate medicines optimisation reports. Applicants must be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated pharmacist to join our team, to provide a patient focused service to the wards and departments of the Trust. Rotations include acute medicine, surgery, dispensary, aseptic and cancer.
