If you currently hold an overseas nursing qualification and require sponsorship we are not currently direct hiring Internationally Qualified Nurses. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team working in the Clinical Research Department in Worthing, overseeing a portfolio of Oncology studies, and supporting the department in general. The role will provide excellent professional and clinical leadership promoting the effective delivery of of a high standard of nursing care for all research participants and contributing to the delivery of our Research Strategy across the Trust. Experience in clinical research, is an advantage but training will be provided for the successful candidate. Our team also support the UHSussex Research and Innovation Strategy You will coordinate and support a range of clinical trials, including local academic studies and international multi-centre commercial clinical trials adhering to the principles of Good Clinical Practice in research. The role includes recruitment and follow up of clinical trial participants, maintaining national monitoring standards including conversations about sensitive subjects while following protocol defined trial procedures. Excellent communication, education and attention to detail is essential to liaise with participants, clinicians, sponsor representatives and research colleagues. Championing research and embedding in clinical areas in line with the Research Strategy. "}
