Team Collaboration : Regularly update the management team via the Radiotherapy Management Review meetings. Policy and Procedure Oversight : Ensure consistent operation and monitoring of departmental policies and procedures to uphold high standards of patient care. Problem Resolution : Actively manage issues by reporting and resolving problems in a timely manner. Training & Development : Plan, prepare and deliver training programs related to the Quality System and Q-Pulse software. Documentation Management : Oversee the administration of approximately 700 documents within the Q-Pulse system, requiring a dedicated full-time position. Data Analysis & Auditing : Collate and analyse quality data, manage audits and address Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
