The OD Partner will be responsible for a portfolio of corporate OD, learning, training and development projects and programmes. They will also work with divisional senior management teams to facilitate service change, improvement and transformation to ensure employee engagement and alignment with Trust strategic objectives. The purpose of the role is to provide a proactive OD and learning service, from the design of diagnostic tools, identifying development needs and skills gaps, to the design and delivery of OD & learning interventions and programmes. Also, the evaluation of the impact of the interventions in meeting and supporting change and transformation to meet divisional and strategic objectives and to improve patient care. In line with the Trust People Strategy and OD Plan and working closely with senior leaders and staff, the post holder will lead on all aspects of work associated with the modernisation, engagement, and motivation of the workforce. They will develop, lead and evaluate organisational development interventions using a range of OD approaches in areas such as staff engagement, equality and diversity, Leadership and management development, team working, reward and recognition and other OD initiatives.
