Experience with governance and the framework used within the NHS is essential, if you have the skills mentioned then this is the post for you.The post offers a great opportunity to contribute to the delivery of safer care. The role will allow for the successful candidate to be involvement in quality improvement projects.The post allows for an experience individual to work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to set up robust systems to maintain safe practice and safe patient experience The post holder will work as a senior member of the CCU team to lead and deliver a range of quality governance activities at unit level and within professional teams' groups, to ensure compliance with the site's governance and risk framework. This includes effective complaint handling, gathering patient feedback, patient safety, incident handling and meeting the regulatory requirements of external standards and inspection such as those undertaken by the Care Quality Commission.
