There will be a requirement to travel to different hospital sites as part of this role. The physiotherapy service in BCUHB offers a whole career pathway to Band 8A as an advanced clinical practitioner. Service improvement and development is encouraged and all staff have access to regular supervision and training. Excellent support, supervision and in-house training provided. We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive and motivated individual who has an interest in hand therapy and the ability to engage well with their patients. We need a therapist with excellent clinical reasoning skills who can work independently as well as part of a team under appropriate supervision, who is an advocate for post-graduate training and who will fully support innovative ways of working, best practice and training.
