We are seeking an enthusiastic Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our welcoming team here at Medical Centre Cranwell, Sleaford. There may also be a requirement to work at other locations within the Linconshire Combined Practice (Waddington & Coningsby) as dictated by business needs. This will include undertaking highly skilled and specialist work in the musculo-skeletal/sports and training injury areas. About us Duties and responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to: The ability to perform highly skilled physio-therapeutic assessment of patients referred by Consultants, General Practitioners and other Healthcare Professionals with diverse presentations and complex and acute/chronic physical conditions and sports injuries. Using clinical reasoning skills to provide an accurate clinical diagnosis. To formulate, develop and deliver a specialised individualised treatment programme based upon evidence-based practice, manual assessment, and appropriate clinical reasoning. To hold professional and legal accountability to the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and Health Professions Council (HPC), adhering to all directed standards and codes of practice. Adhering to Regional Healthcare Governance policy, ensuring that all service delivery conforms to the standards set. Communicating optimally with patients to ensure informed consent for assessment and treatment, good understanding of their conditions and maximise their rehabilitation potential. Managing and prioritising own clinical caseload efficiently and effectively. Please refer to the attached Job Description and Person Specification for the full list of duties.
