Join our dynamic multi-disciplinary team as an Advanced Clinical Dental Nurse. The post holder will provide clinical support during procedures, including for undergraduates, dental nurse and dental hygiene/therapy students. Conduct dental nurse-led clinics, offering treatments within your extended scope of practice including the application of topical fluoride varnish, the taking of intra and extra oral radiographs and perform other advanced dental nurse procedures such as Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT). You will be required to assist with dental conscious sedation techniques and manage referrals efficiently. You will deliver clinical training and assessment of students and dental nurses, contributing to their ongoing professional development. Engage in quality initiatives, audits, and clinical governance projects. You will communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and manage urgent cases with appropriate triage. We would like you to have a welcoming and positive approach for our patients and be an upbeat and reliable member of the team. Our clinical sessions run between Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. We will need you to be flexible in your approach to work and we will need you to work at other clinics across Norfolk and Waveney, so ability to travel is essential.
