This requires an appreciation of complex medical and pharmaceutical issues and their relation to potential psychological sequelae and clinical management issues. The post holder will require excellent communication and relationship skills to provide and receive complex, sensitive and potentially contentious information; and respond to significant barriers to acceptance; hostile, antagonistic or highly emotive situations.
