Support the management of the Digital Health Records team with supervision, support, undertaking appraisals and training. Ensuring adherence to NHS and ESHT policies. Knowledge of IFIT/Evolve and previous Health Records experience is desirable, however full in house training will be provided. To support the Deputy Digital Health Records Manager in the day to day management of the Trust's Digital Health Records department. Promoting and ensuring all Digital Health Records are managed to the required data quality standards. To be responsible for the daily staffing resources in order to provide the variety of tasks relating to paper and electronic patient Health Records for the Trust, which will include the pulling and preparation of patient Health Records to ensure that they are in the correct format for scanning. The post holder will be responsible for managing the team of Digital Health Records Clerk's and Digital Health Records Courier Drivers to ensure that the patient records are managed in line with Trust policy.
