Providing effective communication and problem solving both face to face, via email and via telephone.Taking detailed messages and dealing with them in a timely and efficient way and refer as appropriate. Creating and sending letters, leaflets and additional information. Overseeing waiting list activity, ensuring information is recorded accurately.
