An opportunity has arisen to join the Improvement Cymru team as Business Support Officer to provide comprehensive business admin support to the Academy and Education Programme for Patients (EPP) team. EPP Cymru has been a leading provider of self-management education and support in Wales for 18 years. Courses aim to support individuals with a chronic condition to develop skills to help them to manage their health and well-being, increasing confidence to take responsibility for their own care and make better use of health services. Health Boards deliver EPP Cymru self-management courses to their communities, supported by the EPP Cymru National Team which provides support to NHS Wales. This opportunity is open to those who have experience in an administrative role and have the key skills required. Working as a Business and Support Officer, the post holder will join a pool of support staff providing comprehensive, confidential administrative, clerical and business support to the Improvement Cymru team. They will be required to communicate and liaise with directorates, divisions and stakeholders and produce work to deadlines whilst ensuring compliance with policies.
