Our client requires 2:1 support during the day and 1:1 support during the night so we are looking to put together a great team. Please note the successful support worker will need to be comfortable with animals as well as a driver with a full UK drivers license. Pay Rate: £15 - £16 per hour Working Hours: 7:30am – 10pm (Friday/Saturday/Sunday & Monday) 10pm – 7:30am (Sleeping Nights) Key Responsibilities: Engaging with personalised routines. Completing daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility. Administering medication and monitoring health conditions. Providing emotional support and companionship. Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients’ conditions. Collaborating with a range of healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
