Your proven track record within acute hospital clinical pharmacy and neurosciences will be instrumental in shaping services. We will support you to develop your clinical, leadership and research skills. Provide support for Salford Care Organisation medication related incidents and subsequent investigations where necessary. Operating as an active prescriber, leading your team to ensure medicines reconciliation is completed and ensuring medicines optimisation and safety projects are delivered. Working with the senior clinical pharmacy leadership team to drive forward our clinical pharmacy service for the future.
