This role sits in a multidisciplinary team providing community services 7 days per week 07:00 - 20:30 hours The core nursing shift is 08:30 - 16:30, however other shifts included in the rota are 07:00 - 15:00 and 12:00 - 20:00. Training, supervision and performance management of other members of the multidisciplinary team which may include Assistant Practitioner, Nursing Associates, Therapy Assistant Practitioners, Health Care Assistants and Rehab Support Workers and students, with assistance from more senior members of the team.
