You will provide support to the Medical Secretaries and their Consultant Teams. Excellent administration and audio-typing experience/qualifications are required, as well as a good understanding of general office duties. You will be responsible for typing clinical and administrative letters and general office duties. If you are a current NHS employee and would like to apply on a secondment basis you must seek approval from your current line manager You will be required to have good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise the demands of a busy office and manage their time and workload effectively. You will also be required to work unsupervised and communicate with the medical secretary team on a regular basis.
