Please see the enclosed Recruitment Application Pack for the full job description and person specification About us As Chief Executive Officer, you will be accountable for the delivery of excellent hospice services across the sites and geography served by St Barnabas Hospices Group, namely Martlets, Chestnut Tree House and St Barnabas House hospices and associated community services, on behalf of and in line with the direction set by the Board of Trustees. Specifically, you will be responsible for ensuring high levels of organisational performance spanning strong financial sustainability, good or outstanding quality of care and services and strong workforce engagement and wellbeing. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the organisation fulfils all of its legal, statutory and regulatory responsibilities in line with the Charity Commission, this will include working closely with the Board of Trustees in their role and responsibilities to ensure that the organisation operates in accordance with the Articles of the Association, general good practice and legal requirements.
