We can be very flexible with days/shifts and are happy to support newly qualified GPs. An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic GP to join Two Rivers Medical Centre on a full or part time basis clinical and non-clinical staff is supportive, highly motivated dynamic caring enthusiastic, forward thinking skilled and diverse. Our patient demographic is mixed but weighted to working age patients leading to an interesting chronic disease workload and screening activity - we do not expect our GPs to work beyond their contracted hours. We have a highly organised and skilled administration team who effectively signpost many patients to other services and have an embedded workflow management system to reduce the administrative burden on GPs. Our team has a positive can do attitude with a goal to achieve and deliver good quality care. Regular clinical and practice meetings giving all members of the team opportunity to share learning and opinions how the practice could be improved. As a training practice we support our staff in areas to prove professionally. You will be supported by a multidisciplinary team of nurse practitioners, practice nurses, HCAs, paramedics, mental health nurses, GP trainees and an extensive medicine management team.
