We are looking for dynamic and flexible Care Support Workers to join our Care of the Elderly, Acute Stroke and Frailty Wards. We are interested in hearing from compassionate, caring and confident individuals that are both professional and reliable. The role of the care support worker is imperative to the health and well-being of our patients, as you will support them with their personal hygiene, toileting, mobility and nutritional needs. The successful candidates will need to have excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for caring for others. The successful candidate will be working in a fast paced environment, delivering care to acutely unwell patients. Formal care experience is desirable; however, we also welcome those with informal care and life experience to apply. The candidate will be expected to work a mixture of shift patterns.
