We are looking for someone to join us who is proud of their professional achievements and has the ability to deliver exceptional patient care. You will be keen to contribute to this already successful practice as an Advanced Nurse/Clinical Practitioner with a sound knowledge of both acute & routine illness. We are looking for the right candidate to join our team. Working pattern to be discussed at interview stage. We are happy to consider part-time or full time up to 37.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will be an independent prescriber; will have experience of delivering telephone consultations, directing care appropriately and managing complete episodes of care independently. We would like someone with post-registration experience who of which are ideally working in a primary or urgent care environment. We would expect you to hold, or be working towards, a MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice. About us Key Responsibilities, in particular but not limited to: Act as an expert practitioner, demonstrating advanced clinical competence and a knowledge base beyond those associated with conventional nursing roles. work as an autonomous nurse/clinical practitioner providing high quality and timely patient centre care. be an independent prescriber; have experience of delivering telephone consultations, directing care appropriately and managing complete episodes of care independently. Undertake consultations with patients as an autonomous practitioner and using own clinical judgement, diagnose, treat, refer and/or discharge patients. Recommend, instigate and explain appropriate invasive and non-invasive diagnostic tests, investigations and interpret findings and reports. "}
