Acute Therapies Assistant Band 4 A great opportunity has arisen for a B4 technician, based at St Helier Hospital This role is to assist Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists in providing a high standard of therapy services to in-patients at St. Helier Hospital and to undertake duties to support the smooth functioning of the therapy departments and service. Interview date: TBC To provide specialist and skilled assistance in the delivery of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy services for adults and older people. To plan, review and independently implement specialist rehabilitation and enablement programs for a variety of clients in varying settings, within a defined area of competence. To work closely with Multidisciplinary Teams and other professionals, particularly in relation to patient mobility and enablement, including assessment for and provision of appropriate equipment, and to assist in the development of good working relationships with statutory, voluntary and independent organisations.
